Kangaroo Couriers are continuing to provide affordable and reliable courier and transportation services to all customers throughout this difficult time, as we understand that these are essential services that are required to keep the country moving even through the toughest of times.

We take our responsibility of ensuring the safety of our Team Members, Customers and our Community very seriously and therefore we have implemented strict COVID-19 Protection Procedures.

All Team Members receive ongoing detailed training outlining the importance of social distancing, how to use all personal and environmental protection materials supplied and the how to practice correct and effective personal hygiene.

We provide appropriate personal and environmental protection materials such as face masks, hand sanitizers, disinfectants, gloves and various other necessary cleaning agents and tools.

Drivers have been given authority to perform contactless deliveries and collections by asking for the contact person onsite and simply signing on their behalf, capturing images where required.

Drivers no longer supply paperwork onsite (unless absolutely required), instead copies of any required paperwork (such as invoices) are sent electronically via email.

All items are treated with the utmost care and where possible/required, are thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to being delivered.

To ensure we provide our valued customers with the very best experience possible, we will continue to work extensively with you to achieve the very best outcomes for all.

We actively seek and follow guidance from the Victorian State Government and Department Of Health and provide updates as and when required.
