We run four same-day service levels. Direct (ASAP) is picked up and delivered usually within 1 hour and must be booked and ready before 5pm. Express is usually within 2 hours (book before 3pm), General usually within 4 hours (book before 1pm) and Same Day usually within 8 hours (book before 9am).

How big or heavy an item can you carry?
From an envelope up to two tonnes. Up to 25kg for a single item that fits on the front seat of a sedan, Half Tonne for 1-4 items totalling 26-500kg on a small skid, One Tonne for 1-8 items totalling 501-1000kg on a standard pallet, and Two Tonne for 1-12 items totalling 1001-2000kg over two pallets.

Do you move furniture or whitegoods?
No. Kangaroo Couriers is a courier service, not a removalist, so we cannot move furniture or whitegoods.
