What you need before you start
- The pickup suburb or postcode and the delivery suburb or postcode.
- What is being sent – envelope, package, box, pallet or other – with the quantity, height, width, length and weight of each item.
- When it can be collected, and whether the driver has to load or unload it (both attract an additional fee).
- Contact names and phone numbers for both ends, plus the ready time window at pickup.
Step by step
- Enter the locations. Type the suburb or postcode and choose from the options that appear so the job is priced against the right zone.
- Add the items. Each item is added with its dimensions and weight, so the price reflects the real consignment rather than an estimate.
- Choose the speed. Direct (ASAP, book before 5PM), Express (2–3 hours, before 3PM), General (4–5 hours, before 1PM), Same Day (business hours, before 9AM) or Non-urgent (within a week).
- Check the estimate. The form shows the price for the options chosen before you commit.
- Confirm and pay, or use your account. Prepaid customers pay at booking; account customers are invoiced.
