Testimonials

Thank you for your service. It was excellent. We will be using in the future.

Thank you so much for your service.

I am so very happy that I have found someone who is like me "I say what I do and I do what I say" and the fact they are couriers is even better. Thank you very very much.

WOW - now that is service 🙂 Thank you.

Hi Rod, Thank you so much for all you did to assist us out of a pickle when one of our largest Centers, Cheltenham, were unable to supply Clients with frozen food over both Tuesday and Wednesday. That you were prepared to go to other stores to collect client orders was amazing. That you took the time yesterday to pop into our Cheltenham store to ask if there was anything else you could do to support them was extraordinary. When I think of this, and also about the 40-degree day over Christmas, when you drove from your site at Berwick to the other side of town to assist Moonee Ponds after they had been let down by another courier, Rod I have to let you know you have not just met our Customer Service expectations, you have exceeded them. On behalf of us all, I thank you. I look forward to our growing business relationship in 2016.

We have used Kangaroo Couriers on many occasions and have always found them to be fabulous. Their service has always been efficient, courteous, prompt and reliable. I would recommend them as a reliable trustworthy business.

As a Melbourne-based online retailer, sending parcels in a fast and efficient manner is of prime importance, while at the same time maintaining the integrity of the product. Selling bicycle parts, clothing and accessories often mean our customers want or need things urgently and teaming up with Kangaroo Couriers has allowed us to do this. If our customers are happy, we're happy. And if Kangaroo Couriers continue to give the service they have given so far, we know we're onto a winning formula.

Kangaroo provides a convenient and affordable courier service. Offering same-day delivery throughout Melbourne with friendly customer service.

Kangaroo Couriers have been fantastic, I needed large deliveries done and used Kangaroo Couriers for them, I was able to pick the times I wanted to pick up and delivery and they were able to accommodate my requests. The website rates and booking system were very easy to use which was another plus.
